Blaine Clotfelter brings a wealth of experience to the Clarity team, gained in a focused concentration in the Executive Benefits industry over the past twelve years. Mr. Clotfelter will join the team of Clarity’s Executive Benefits practice effective March 2007.
Prior to joining Clarity, Mr. Clotfelter served as a senior consultant and team leader for Aon Consulting’s Executive Benefits practice. Mr. Clotfelter managed a team that provided day-to-day administration services to 30 in-force clients. Based in the national service center in Atlanta, GA, he acted as a pre-implementation resource, taking design concepts to practical application. Post-implementation, he consulted with clients on the administration, financial and operations issues that arise in the course of servicing the plan.
Mr. Clotfelter has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wake Forest University and has also earned his master's degree in business administration (MBA) from Emory University in 2005.
