After completing an infrastructure rebuild at their headquarters in Oklahoma City, Okla., the central office of North American Group became dedicated to Microsoft applications. As the 75th largest insurance agency in the country, as reported by Business Insurance Magazine, and the 27th largest privately-held agency in the country, according to Insurance Journal Magazine, North American Group has achieved considerable growth. In light of their recent expansion, they intend to centralize their IT resources. Document management will play a key role in the way they conduct future business. "We see document management as a tool to revolutionize the business process as we know it today," Kevin Wellfare, North American Group Director of Marketing, said. Committed to front-end scanning and using the PaperWise product to its full potential, North American Group is going to first implement the document management system at three of its entities totaling more than 100 users. In phase two of the document management initiative, they plan to commit more of their entities to becoming paperless.
