The division will be run by Bill Webb, MA, SPHR and principle of OK-based The HR Consulting Edge.
The new division will offer a wide range of HR consultative services including HR audits, reporting compliance, compensation planning, performance appraisal systems and the development and implementation of policies and procedures handbooks. Programs are completely tailored to each company's individual needs. Larger companies with an established HR department will benefit from training sessions to add skills and key competencies as well as audit offerings. Companies without an HR department will benefit from outsourced services.
