According to Diane Barrasso, CEO of Barrasso Consulting, the Institute is a formalization of the Barrasso Consulting training curriculum that has been refined over the years. It begins by providing attorneys with training in proper review and collection procedures and techniques. In addition, the Institute offers modules on such topics as Technology, Client Communications, Vendor Communications, Preparation for Litigation, Case Matter Management and much more.
