She has many years of experience in design and development of interactive training, and organizational development solutions with distinguished clients such as General Motors, Procter & Gamble and Consumers Power Company.
She has a Master's of Education, Instructional Design, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Education, and a Bachelor's of Arts in Communication from the University of Pittsburgh School of Liberal Arts.
